Senior Project Manager (Shiprepair)
Location: Dubai, UAE | Department: Shiprepair Operations
Role Overview: Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing drydocking and refit projects. You will act as the primary liaison between shipowners, surveyors, and our yard supervisors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Requirements: B.Eng in Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture. Minimum 8 years of shipyard project management experience. Strong leadership and communication skills.
Structural Steel Estimator
Location: Sharjah, UAE | Department: Commercial & Estimating
Role Overview: Analyze technical specifications, drawings, and class reports to prepare accurate cost estimates and commercial proposals for newbuild and repair projects, specializing in structural steel and piping scopes.
Requirements: B.Eng or Diploma in Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in ship repair estimating. Strong knowledge of classification society rules and steel fabrication standards.
Certified Marine Welder (6G - SMAW / FCAW)
Location: Fujairah, UAE | Department: Steel Fabrication & Afloat Repairs
Role Overview: Perform high-quality welding operations on ship hulls, structural frames, and high-pressure piping systems in shop, drydock, and afloat environments under surveyor inspection.
Requirements: Valid 6G welder qualification certificate from an IACS class society (LR, ABS, DNV, BV). Minimum 4 years of marine welding experience. Commitment to yard safety protocols.
