Operating from fully equipped service workboats and mobile containerized workshops, our teams carry out complex mechanical, structural, and electrical repairs while your vessel is loading, discharging, or at anchorage.
We provide regular support at major UAE anchorages — including Fujairah Anchorage, Jebel Ali Port, Hamriyah Port, and Khor Fakkan — and extend our service to the Port of Salalah in Oman. Our afloat operations are fully approved by major classification societies and port authorities, ensuring that all hot work, diving, and machinery repairs are conducted safely and legally.
By scheduling repairs concurrently with cargo operations, we help owners eliminate transit deviations and avoid port off-hire charges, saving substantial operational costs.
Mobile Riding Squads & Common Deliverables
Our mobile riding squads are comprised of class-certified welders, pipe fitters, diesel mechanics, and electricians who sail with the vessel to perform planned maintenance and structural upgrades during voyages:
- Engine & Machinery Overhauls: In-voyage maintenance of auxiliary generators, main engine cylinder unit overhauls, fuel pump reconditioning, and air compressor rebuilds.
- Boiler & Heat Exchanger Repairs: Re-tubing of auxiliary boilers, refractory repairs, burner control servicing, and plate/tubular heat exchanger chemical cleaning.
